Here’s to a Summer Full of Smiles! :) #KinderMom

The summer season isn’t technically over until September 22nd, but when the kids are getting ready to go back to school, it always feels like it is marking the end of summer! Hard to believe that it has already been two months since I was talking about my plans for the summer and here we are wrapping it up!

I pretty much stayed true to what I had hoped the summer would be like for us:

  • having the kids home from daycare more
  • doing fun things without breaking the bank
  • lots of relaxing and sunshine
  • being with family and friends
  • fun, fun, fun!

We spent weekends at cottages with family, trailers with friends, cottage just us four, time away in grand luxury with friends, girls weekend away, at weddings, swimming and smiling all the while! I really tried hard to be in the moment and soak everything up! I feel very fortunate to have been able to do many things this summer with all the people that are important to us. Heck, I even have a tan this summer which never happens!

Lots of pictures were taken over the summer – marking memories of our summer of smiles!

Summer full of smiles

Something neat that Kinder has available is a Smile Booth! If you are in the Toronto area you can make one in person at the Eaton Center photo booth, but for the rest of us, we are still able to share in the fun by creating a photo strip on the Kinder Canada Facebook Page! I created one of some of my fave pics from this summer:

You can create as many as you’d like and there are different frames you can choose from then a hand full of filters and ‘stickers’ that you can add! You can then save them, share them and if you add #kindersmiles to any photo-strip and you can see your smile in the app’s gallery view!
